Hey there! I’m Lindsey, and I own Love Has Paws Dog Walking. I have been working with dog since 2011, and have been a dog walker in San Francisco since 2015. Started my own business in 2022. Personally have two big goofballs Nighthawk (9 years, lab mix), and Dragon (1 year lab/golden/pyrenese mix). She offers classes, behavior modification services, workshops and academies for trainers at her Peaceable Paws 80-acre training facility in Fairplay, Maryland, and presents seminars worldwide. She has authored “The Power of Positive Dog Training,” “Positive Perspectives,” “Positive Perspectives 2,” “Play With Your Dog,” “Do-Over Dogs,” and “How to Foster Dogs,” and “Beware of the Dog,” and is training editor for The Whole Dog Journal. She shares her home with husband Paul, three dogs, five cats, three horses, four chickens and a pot-bellied pig. All training at Peaceable Paws is force-free.

As a dog trainer, Lauren is passionate about demystifying canine behavior and making training fun! She believes that understanding and appreciating how dogs communicate with us is paramount to creating strong dog-human bonds and happy homes. Lauren specializes in working with reactive dogs and their humans. She also offers private training, training walks, and solo enrichment walks. Jessica Ring is the owner of My Fantastic Friend, LLC. Jessica helps you bring out the best in your dog for a happier life together. She strives to provide the most effective, efficient, humane and up-to-date training solutions to her human and canine clients. Jessica offers private and group training for puppies, basic skills, tricks and enrichment, as well as consultations for behavior problems and separation anxiety. Online options are available. Jessica is a Canine Behavior Consultant (PCBC-A), a Certified Professional Dog Trainer (CPDT-KA), an honors graduate of Jean Donaldson’s Academy for Dog Trainers (CTC), a Pat Miller Certified Trainer and SA Pro Behavior Consultant.

I have been a professional dog trainer in NYC for 15 years. As a child, I participated in dog agility and showmanship through 4-H and won several local and state competitions. I began my path to become a trainer by receiving a certification from the vocational school, Animal Behavioral College. When I began to hit a wall in my self-education four years ago, I enrolled in CUNY's Psychology program, and will be graduating May, 2025 with honors with an interdisciplinary BA in Animal Psychology and Creative Writing. I am currently volunteering as a Research Assistant for the Center for Canine Behavioral Studies, as well as assisting in a lab at Hunter studying Pandas. I am also a PPG member.
